Approx Itinerary: 

9:30am - 12:30pm:  We meet at a space on the Gold Coast [I hire out a space for 3hrs] 

1:00pm - 2pm: We have a classy lunch together and reflect on what we spoke about 

2:30pm - We then go for a spa date! So you can ground your nervous system into what you are co-creating and about to integrate
